Coldwell Banker Devonshire  is hosting its second annual Cherry Creek Garden Tour on Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the heart of Denver’s vibrant Cherry Creek North neighborhood.

Also known as Le Petit Jardin (“little garden” in French), the event will showcase a variety of gardens and outdoor living spaces.  Tickets to the garden tour are $10, with all proceeds benefitting the Colorado Homeless Families charitable organization.  Participants are invited to visit the newly opened Margs Restaurant and patio at 200 Fillmore to receive a free cocktail compliments of Coldwell Banker Devonshire.

Various area garden centers and designers will be participating in the garden tour and will be available to answer questions.  A total of eight gardens will be featured, including gardens showcasing Redbuds and Japanese Maples, an unusual garden featuring kinetic and bronze sculptures, and one highlighted by magnificent blooming lilies.  Other gardens are distinguished by a waterfall flowing through flowers, a bubbling fountain, an outdoor kitchen, and a Xeriscape garden that conserves water while providing year-round beauty.
