Alan Jones, a leading real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Loveland, has been appointed as federal political coordinator (FPC) for Congressional District 2 by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). 

As an FPC, Jones’ most valuable contribution to the NAR will be the relationship he develops with the member of Congress from his district.  He will also advocate on behalf of Realtors, and most importantly, consumers with regards to housing issues and legislation.

Jones earned his real estate license in 2000 and holds special designations recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate.  He is a past president of the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors and was Rookie of the Year for the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors in his first year in real estate.  Jones has been the top listing and sales agent for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Loveland for many of his years in the business.

Jones has lived in Loveland for the past 20 years and originally hails from Sturgis, South Dakota.  He has a six-year-old old daughter, Francesca, and enjoys remodeling homes, great books and carving ice sculptures of past presidents.
