With the season quickly approaching, Coldwell Banker is pleased to unveil a new TV commercial titled “Crowded House,” depicting the pressure many of us feel to organize our holiday festivities. The commercial debuted during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and will be seen during the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree lighting ceremony as well as other NBC holiday programs throughout the season.

In another effort to raise awareness with potential home buyers/sellers during the holidays, Coldwell Banker also did a consumer research study that found:

  • More than three-quarters (78 percent)  “deck the halls” by decorating their home for the holidays.
  • 77% claim they’ve never snooped for presents.
  • The kitchen and living room /den are the most visited rooms during holiday get-togethers.
