Tim Norton, a service-oriented real estate professional known for his innovation and efficiency, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s North Metro office in Westminster as a broker associate.  Norton is now serving the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, Broomfield and surrounding communities.

Norton is a graduate of Colorado Real Estate School and will soon join the North Metro Denver Realtor Association.  After interviewing with several firms, he chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of its superior training programs, mentoring from knowledgeable real estate professionals, and high profile brand recognition. 

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Norton worked for Comcast in the company’s telephony department for more than nine years as a supervisor where he garnered several awards for innovation and efficiency.  He also helped design and implement new telephony delivery systems during his tenure at Comcast.  Norton enjoys cooking, home renovation and decor, science and technology.  He is an active supporter of Students First, the American Cancer Society, and the Green Energy Initiative.
