Louise Creager, a leading broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Fort Collins, has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

The ABR designation is designed for real estate agents who focus on working with buyer clients.  ABR designees have completed valuable real estate education that elevates their skills and knowledge when working with home buyers.  Designees also receive ongoing specialized information, programs and updates that help them stay on top of the issues and trends in successfully representing home buyers.

Creager earned her real estate license in 2009 and is a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors (FCBR), the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  She garnered Rookie of the Year honors from the FCBR for 2010 and holds several additional special designations recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate.

“Real estate today is much different than it was years ago, so having the ability to communicate and educate my clients with the information they need to make an astute decision is essential,” said Creager.  “I have always been focused on continuing education, which is part of the culture at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, which operates with a high standard of professionalism.”

Creager earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.  She is an active supporter of the Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department, Colorado Women of Influence, and the Larimer County Food Bank.  Creager was named Woman of the Year by the e-Women Network in 2002 and was a former successful business owner in Fort Collins prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
