George Conrad, a highly experienced real estate professional, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Denver as manager of the company’s relocation division.    

As manager of relocation and an integral part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Colorado leadership team, Conrad is responsible for the management and operations of the relocation department and its business development efforts.  He is a member of the Cartus Broker Network and has worked closely and successfully with Cartus Relocation, Sirva Relocation, and Graebel Relocation. 

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s relocation department boasts 10 full-time, experienced professionals.  In 2010, the department recorded more than 1,300 closed transactions through its relocation efforts.  The relocation division in Colorado provides comprehensive relocation management services to clients around the globe. 

Conrad brings a wealth of relocation experience to his new position.  He served for six years as director of business development and manager of destination services for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England.  Conrad later held the position of vice president of relocation and client development for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Massachusetts, where he most recently served as regional manager.

Conrad holds the Certified Relocation Professional designation and the Global Mobility Specialist designation from the Employee Relocation Council and is a licensed sales associate in Connecticut and Massachusetts.  He is an active member of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Foundation. 

Conrad earned his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in 1999.  He is now settled in Colorado with his wife, Allison, and daughter Logan.  The Conrads are expecting their second daughter in the very near future.
