Nancy Greager, a top-producing real estate professional with The Cramer Group at Coldwell Banker Devonshire in Denver, has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent by Denver’s 5280 Magazine for the second consecutive year.  Greager and the 2011 list of the area’s outstanding real estate agents are published in the September issue of 5280 Magazine.

In partnership with Crescendo Business Services, 5280 Magazine surveyed all Denver area residents who purchased a home valued at more than $100,000 along with more than 10,000 subscribers to 5280 Magazine.  An additional 870 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies who are often best at judging a real estate agent’s technical skills and knowledge.

The subsequent list of Five Star Real Estate Agents is an elite group, representing less than seven percent of the licensed agents in the Denver area.  Out of 13,700 metro Denver residents holding a real estate license, only 927 of the top-scoring real estate agents made this year’s list.  Greager was among just 48 percent of the agents recognized by 5280 Magazine in 2010 to achieve the distinction again in 2011.

Greager earned her real estate license in 2002 and is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  She is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Certified Previews Property Specialist.  Greager chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of the company’s outstanding marketing programs, national brand recognition, strong leadership and agent support.

Greager earned her bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver, graduating magna cum laude.  She is a past volunteer with the Delores House, the Mile High United Way, and Kent Denver School.  Greager is a mixed media artist and sculptor, and a fitness enthusiast.
