“Chris Mygatt wanted to create a new department specifically focused on new construction.  He recognized it was a different business model then selling resale residential homes,” said Levy.  “We offer developers decades of experience and a complete suite of marketing services encompassing on-site staffing, sales management, advertising, merchandising and branding.”

“We bring more than 50 years of combined experience to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage,” said Fowler.  “Our approach is completely full service and we manage developments at a level comparable to a large national builder.  We manage online components as well, including social media and how to enhance a client’s online presence.  We have a long history of financing experience and have outstanding relationships with the best, highest quality lenders in the country, in addition to excellent relationships with property management firms.”
