Louie Lee earned his real estate license in 1986 and is a member of the Douglas/Elbert Board of Realtors.  He is a recipient of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s International President’s Circle award for 2010 recognizing superior sales production.  Previously with Coldwell Banker Castle Pines, Lee is recognized as the top selling agent in Castle Pines Village, one of Colorado’s most exclusive communities.

Lee earned his bachelor’s degree from theUniversityofKentuckyand is a member of the Cherry Hills Community Church.  He is on the state board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, homeless advocate and is a golf member of the Country Club at Castle Pines where he garnered club golf championship honors in 2008 and 2010.   

Melanie Lee earned her real estate license in 2003 and is a member of the Douglas/Elbert Board of Realtors.  She has been the owner of Lee Appraisal Group, Inc. since 1992.  With 20 years of experience as a Certified Residential Appraiser, Lee brings a unique dimension to assisting clients by helping them make more informed decisions. 

Lee earned her bachelor’s degree from theUniversityofKentuckyand supports the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Cherry Hills Community Church, and the Dumb Friends League.  A native of Kentucky, she moved to Colorado in 1990 and enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends when not serving the real estate needs of her clients.
