Lindsey Marcovich, a member of the North Metro Denver Realtor Association and active volunteer for various Denver animal rescue organizations, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s North Metro office in Westminster as a broker associate.

Marcovich is a graduate of Kaplan Professional Schools in real estate and is known for her expertise in staging homes for the market and developing effective marketing programs for her home selling clients.  She is currently serving the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout Denver, Westminster, Thornton, Broomfield and surrounding communities. 

Marcovich is dedicated to advancing her real estate career through superior service that translates into referrals and repeat business.  She chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of the company’s reputation, experience professionals, and excellent marketing programs.

Marcovich earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and supports the Denver Dumb Friends League, Freedom Service Dogs and the Denver Dachshund Club, which hosts fun community events for Dachshund lovers.  She is committed to giving back to non-profit animal organizations by donating a percentage of her real estate earnings in addition to volunteering her time and effort.  Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Marcovich was the marketing director for Accent Windows.
