Nancy Dix, a leading broker associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Southwest Metro office in Highlands Ranch, has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors.

The SRES course provides Realtors with the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50 and older who are experiencing major financial and lifestyle transitions inherent to relocating, refinancing or selling the family home.

“Kudos to Nancy for earning the SRES designation,” said Glenda Schroeder, managing broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Highlands Ranch.  “Continuing education is very important in the highly competitive real estate business, and those who enhance their knowledge through such courses have a distinct advantage.”

Nancy earned her real estate license in 2005 and is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  She chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage because of the company’s outstanding marketing tools and high profile brand reputation.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Nancy worked for the federal government and as an independent contractor in sales for Givenchy, Clarins and Coty Prestige.  She graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado and enjoys skiing, reading and gardening.

The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Highlands Ranch is located at 9088 Ridgeline Boulevard, Suite 200, and can be reached at 303.779.9501.  Dix may be reached directly at 303.819.9896 or via e-mail at nancy.dix@coloradohomes.com.
