Alphie Hutmacher, a leading real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado Springs, has earned the Real Estate Owned (REO) certification from the REO Institute Colorado.

Hutmacher completed course work that provides a thorough understanding of the complex procedures, guidelines, timeframes, and tasks that outsourcers, banks and lenders demand in today’s REO bank-owned market.  She now knows how to price distressed properties and is knowledgeable about REO systems and procedures.

Hutmacher has garnered numerous sales production awards during her career and holds additional special designations recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate.  She was nominated for and participates in the Leadership Development Program with the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors and is a board member of the Agent Council for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado Springs.

Hutmacher is active with the Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association, Social Justice Ministries, Helping Hands Ministry, the Susan G. Komen Foundation and other charitable organizations.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota.
