Vicky Opipari, a leading real estate professional, has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Southeast Metro office in Greenwood Village as a broker associate.  Opipari is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association and was previously with Coldwell Banker Advantage of Cary, North Carolina.

Opipari has a particular interest in working with people within the disability community.  As a parent of a child with a physical disability, she understands the importance of making sure a house has either universal access or the possibility of being modified for specific needs.  Opipari also understands how finding the right community and school system plays a major role for a family that has a member with a disability because of the services, support and resources they need.

Opipari holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification recognizing the successful completion of a stringent continuing education course designed to help Realtors assist those who may be facing foreclosure.

Opipari is an active supporter of Parent to Parent of Colorado, Peak Parent Center, United Cerebral Palsy of Colorado, and the Kids Mobility Network.  She also supports Ability Awareness, National Sports Center for the Disabled, and the Denver Dumb Friends League.

“We are pleased to welcome Vicky to our Greenwood Village office,” said Tammy Adducci, managing broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Southeast Metro office.  “She has special knowledge and experience that will advance her career, and Vicky is focused on educating her clients about all aspects of the home buying and selling process.
