For the second consecutive year, we are proud to share with you that Realogy has been recognized among the World’s Most Ethical Companies. image001This recognition highlights companies that outperform their industry peers for ethical conduct.

We strive to set the standard for ethical conduct in our industry, and we are humbled by this recognition from Ethisphere Institute, the gold standard in advancing the social and corporate significance of ethical conduct.

Our award was presented last night during Ethisphere’s 2013 Honoree Dinner, and we were proud to accept it on behalf of all of our employees. Earlier today Coldwell Banker released its 2013 ad campaign dubbed “We Believe.” The “We Believe” campaign, which officially debuts this weekend during the Grammy’s, focuses on real estate as our higher calling. Because as the ad points out, our home is truly our castle and as real estate professionals, our calling in life is to find the home that is perfect for our clients.

As you will see, the ad campaign centers around the theme “We Believe.” We believe in home and all the magical things that come with it. We believe in real estate and all the benefits it can provide. We believe in what a home can do to help a person or family grow and succeed in life. We believe in the communities where we work, live and play. We believe that there should always be an emotional part of the real estate equation, while never ignoring the rational side. We believe in the true value of a home (as wonderfully showcased in our 2012 television ad campaign). And we believe more than ever that a home is really your castle and we celebrate all the memories and experiences that make it so.

We hope you’ll notice the music, “Home,” which was performed by Phillip Phillips, winner of last year’s American Idol. The song is the perfect tie in to what we do each and every day and positions Coldwell Banker well on tap with current trends. This is an ad campaign that we can all truly believe in.

Plus, be sure to tune into the Grammy’s this weekend as we watch Coldwell Banker’s big debut on music’s most watched award event.

JamesNeelyJames V. “Jim” Neely, a leading real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Southeast Metro office in Greenwood Village, recently collected more than 450 pounds of food for the Denver Rescue Mission as part of his charitable endeavors during the holiday season.

During the first two weeks of December, Jim and Jordan Gilchrist-Dudley, a neighbor and student at Cherry Creek High School, delivered approximately 120 medium-size shopping bags to each home in their neighborhood.  The bags were labeled with the food drive name and sponsor, along with a list of preferred non-perishable food items.  A week later, Jim and his young neighbor picked up more than 50 generously-filled bags left on doorsteps.

Jim Neely’s food drive has been an annual event for several years, with the food delivered to the Denver Rescue Mission and The Food Bank of the Rockies in alternating years.  The ‘Thank You’ note left with each contributing neighbor read as follows: “People in need can use our help year round, but during the holiday season, it is particularly important that we share what we have with others who have less than we do.  Your participation in this charitable event is especially appreciated.”

The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Greenwood Village is located at 8490 East Crescent Parkway, Suite 100, and can be reached at 303.409.1300.  Jim may be reached directly at 720.881.3106 or via e-mail at jim.neely@coloradohomes.com.
